I think its looking like Jan 20th. If not we should get some form of update in the quarterly shortly afterwards.
From my very basic understanding ASIC/ASX will need to approve the acquisition before CGB can announce it. Then if needed CGB shareholders need to vote on the ASIC/ASX approved CGB acquisition deal. Sounds pretty straight forward when/if CGB gets the go ahead from ASIC. Actual company shareholders will vote.
Trading by Feb1st latest. News could drop any day though.
Its the Christmas period so before we know it it will be the 6th Jan and the ASX will be getting going again.
