Lecca will not be attaching Kaddy Marketplace to KDY: ASX
There is no scenario where this makes sense financially for Lecca, and I don't think they could do it, legally.
KDY: ASX cannot relist as it has no capital and no ability to generate capital.
If they had either, they would not be able to suggest that employees of their subsidiary entities can make a claim under FEG.
