There is no further depth to this. There is no way to "back door" Lecca or Marketplace into Kaddy Limited's ownership, because they have no funds to purchase Lecca, let alone Kaddy Marketplace.

Kaddy Limited is done. It has no employees and no assets. It is out of administration because they have settled their debts and wound up all of their subsidiary entities. Whatever funds they have left over will be the exact figure as per Wexteds invoice.
