Ah. Now I understand what you are thinking. The recapitalisation was *proposed*. So what this means was - they sold Marketplace to pay some debts, and then a DOCA was put into place to attempt to save the businesses.
This failed, however.
There are no companies left to recapitalise, all have been wound up and all employees are gone. The creditors voted the company out of existence. Sorry.
