Consistent extensions don’t show “weakness” - the company’s finances do. All the consistent extensions show that the company is on the brink. If management manage to recapitalise rather than going into VA or worse then they will have done very good in the circumstances.
Shareholders lose either way (dilution into oblivion or cents in the dollar) but that’s the nature of the beast.
