    if they shut the thing down, shareholders will get nothing. seems to me that they are trying to raise capital to keep the ship from sinking which sounds like the right thing to do for shareholders given where we find ourselves. I'd rather have 5c to the $ than 0

    no point in second guessing, more waiting needed
