It's been what, 5 weeks since the first announcement? The company is clearly on the cusp of failure. How on earth do you call a 7 day trading halt and have that blow out to 5 weeks unless things are not proceeding anything like the way you thought they were. Clearly, they're hitting brick walls and admitting to it publicly is admitting the party is finally over.
