Not disputing anything you say. My original post was in response to someone's question about the old SP being above $1 and what had happened.
I wasn't trying to undersell the past problems, I just didn't want to go into all the details associated with the slide to where we are now, but yes there were many issues and apparent dodgy dealing.
I believe all that old management team has now gone from TYX and hopefully the current project will be a winner. It has been a long time in the making.
