On a more positive note and bearing in mind we have no idea what's going on, it could be that this time management at TYX is making sure the deal is good for TYX.
We have in the past had directors at TYX who were more interested in filling their own pockets rather than those of the shareholders, and signed off on things that were obviously not properly considered.
