FYI, the SO4 class action is all go, with shareholder registration now underway. The litigator is going after the deep pocketed company auditors now as well as the directors and former officers. Though differences exist between what KLL shareholders have been told/sold and what Salt Lake was relentlessly spinning - and of course Kalium is still working while in suspension to find a solution - my recommendation to holders here is to document everything, keep screenshots, and sit tight. If the company cannot bring their promises to fruition quite soon, if it all turns to custard then there is always the possibility of going down the same track as SO4 shareholders are with a contingency fee litigator.

I think everybody accepts that businesses sometimes fall short of their target or fail at a cost to lenders and investors, but if funds were being raised for specific purposes that later transpire to be untrue (or that officers ought to have known at the time they would be applied in a materially different fashion to what they announced) then the company and its advisers can be held to account. Litigation is always cold comfort and takes time (e.g. nearly two years investigation by the SO4 litigator before getting to this point), but it is still a very real backstop and motivator if the minds of your directors are not sharply focused now on fixing their mess.
