Hi All

I've shared below Lynas presentation at Diggers and dealers conference. at 17min 34 seconds CEO talks about the grant funding received from DoD for them to build processing facility in Texas US. In effect, the grant funding will compensate Lynas 100% of "all properly allocated construction costs to complete the processing facility". Don't trust my words - watch the presentation and here it for yourself.

If VML is negotiating a similar deal with either Canadian and/or US govt officials and its similar in structure to Lynas' agreement then the $60m capital cost could be underwritten by the grant funding including the $20m+ monies already spent by VML to date on the facility.

This is all speculation but if next week's announcement is similar in scope to Lynas' then current shareholders may live to fight another day and even heaven forbid, recoup their investment plus some. Fingers crossed all!
