so that tells you they are executing the agreements and lining up funding.

There will be a CR. l can't imagine government funding unless VML shows they have cash resources to see it out. They don't have enough to extend mining so let's not delude ourselves that there won't be a CR.

Either way this will be a way forward for existing investors.
