A material funding announcement will result in a new source of funds. I doubt it will be debt funding so it will have to be issuance of new equity either via private placement or CR. LH might be lining up funding via private placement but maximum without shareholder approval is 25% so at current MC that's ~$12.5m.
Don't get me wrong, I will be stoked if material funding doesn't dilute existing shareholders but I'm also not holding my breath either.
I guess we will find out in 10 days. I'm wanting this stock to succeed so please do not misconstrue my postings as negative.
