It's not a CR as it doesnt say so. Also having $18M in the bank it doesnt make sense to do a CR especally at lows before drill results to drive sp up. Besides $12M raise with $18M cash doesnt seem sensible.
It says material which normally means change to current status. Money for more drilling wouldnt be material in imho. Material means to allow the Company to advance imho. Whether that be develop the plant, convert the plant or decommission it and refocus on something else.
Whatever it is it isnt more of the same.
