California dominates with Mountain Pass in and out of maintenance. Strangely enough currently partly owned by the chinese! (i believe but could be wrong). There are several other lower grade older C and M sites up and down the Clark Mountain range, Then heading further north there are a couple on maintenance near Lone Pine....but these were by product operations as per the ones on the road from Vegas to Lone Pine / Independence.
