The exact words used are key:
“Post review and funding, the Company expects to be able to continue its operations and to meet its business objectives.”
Which is just to say - they need funding. If they can’t get funding it’s all over. Nothing there is saying they will actually get funding. That remains to be seen (hence the ongoing suspension).
