To all those getting distracted by the numptys going on about Wagner, Russia, Mali taking this over, etc.. this will NEVER happen.

Any Wagner involvement anywhere near this thing risks Ganfeng being tied up in US sanctions and there is not a chance in hell Ganfeng has any interest in substituting Tesla as a customer, along with being able to transfer money internationally, for Chinese EV manufacturers to sell cars internationally, etc, etc, etc, for the sweet "lucrative" Russian EV market (?? hahaha).
