Based on FFX announcement of 10 minutes ago, it appears clear that the Mail Government is using Leo to some degree as leverage to get the outcome it desires from FFX.
Both FFX and Leo are maintaining position that the parties are unrelated but not idle to be in this tangle. It will be interesting to see whether the issue that is keeping Leo in suspension (thought to be DSO) is actually the same discussions FFX is having with Mali
