Yesterday I went to www.cms.gov and it is the case that they haven't published the proposed prices, which they suggested earlier in the year would be published by "early September".
Now that PIQ have invoked the halt I presume they have no option but to keep it going until CMS publish.
Though they (PIQ) should be able to publish the Australian TGA/PBS news separately.
