Given the length of time it's been off market, a reinstatement should be notified with "reasonable notice"- so this sounds like a serious heads up to market that suspension is indeed ending.
At least we have the technicals on the VanEck RE global ETF looking to be at a reversal point - the RSI has bottomed and the MACD (blue line) has crossed above the signal line. How long any such uptrend would last is not guaranteed by the chart but the market is on happy pills atm betting that the FED is done with rates so we could be in for a LT market reversal if that plays out.
Of course VML is not 'the market' and there is no guarantee what will happen upon open however I would much rather reinstate to market with these background technical factors looking as positive as they do and the FED easing rather than the reverse!
