The unique way (in my experience) this company is going about retrieving a classic project failure situation situation (clash of egos .vs. reality .vs. planning fails) is likely to morph into a text-book study for how to do this right. This is what the evidence suggests, and the emotional hit that comes with being on the ride is something we need to take the 'suck it up princess' option and wait for the shock and awe outcome, to the upside! Possibly an over-statement, but rationally based patience to get the best possible outcome, whatever it is, is the only option here, so let's get on with it then...

We may not enjoy the current journey one iota, and now got 2 more months tacked on, but a continued trading scenario would greatly reduce the ability to pull off the wanted recovery. This is a 'be careful what you wish for' scenario we will later be thankful we were unable to access.
