Thanks for this. I suspect you are indeed close to the truth. Sadly, even more wiggle room and fewer tools with which to motivate anal lenders to arrive at a resolve. It really is impossible to map from a distance a path ahead!

I note the NAB facility (A$15m) is now nigh 12 months old and maybe they are outside the tent with an inferior quality security ... I wonder how they are behaving?
