They can pay the bills because they keep borrowing money to pay the bills. I'm not sure exactly where they stand RE: solvency as the lenders they are in discussions with keep giving them money so it is not like anyone is calling in debts. Anyway they are staying in suspension because if the stock was being traded the D/E ratio would be wiped out.
Q1 2023 $50m cash, $254m finance, $35m available finance
Q1 2024 $5m cash, $272m finance, $15m available finance
When you factor in the $30m from the CR that is wow.
