but where I get stuck is that every extension notice the directors publish, i another IMO declaration by [presumably] informed directors that STA is solvent. Whilst I have no idea of what happens to a director who merrily goes on insolvent trading, I assume it's not a happy place when held to account. And to boot, what is the position of subordinate creditors in all of this ... I recall they have outsourced energy supply; outsourced DMU's ... what assurances are these suppliers operating on.
