just scanned all of quantum metal exchange incs SEC filings from 2024 back to 2021, they have not filed anything with the SEC from 2021 onwards meaning no prospectus was ever filed unless they do that through someone else. Seems from top to bottom that quantum, more specifically LIM (our board fiat) has not done what they said they were doing.
