i read the GPA agreement and the accounting firm's report on the GPA and found no mention of the 30 months.
The only mention of it was in an ASX release by JB (then Chairperson) who made some assertions that did not align with the GPA.
I asked the Company about her statement versus the GPA and they confirmed there was no mention of 30 months in the GPA..
I said in my opinion I don't think she read the detail of the GPA and just made an assumption on 30 months at that time.
