    I guess the one thing we can be sure of is money hasn't arrived? Can't imagine any other reason for delay?
    maybe now struggling for a good answer after assuring all Was on track and quantum had cash only weeks ago. ASX will not be impressed as it would appear the info given in please explain was not correct.
