those African "banks" are just foundations that have known fraudsters running em. Curious as to what news you are talking about though as I don't think anything's new as of the past few days. Let's just get this bandaid ripped off and find a new funding partner, the 30% holding from quantum shall be interesting though yo see what happens with it. Also Joe the only reason me and GB are annoyed is because this company is in shambles, If they can start to deliver I won't be annoyed.
