Request for voluntary suspension
Linius Technologies Limited (ASX: LNU) (Company) requests a continuation of its voluntary suspension of
its securities which was granted on 8 July 2024.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information to ASX:
1. The voluntary suspension is requested to allow the Company to complete the capital raising that
gave rise to the trading halt and it is therefore not yet in a position to make an announcement
regarding the capital raising (Announcement).
2. The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continues until the earlier of commencement
of trade on Wednesday, 17 July 2024 or until the release of the Announcement.
3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
4. The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about its
suspension at this time.
