SO why id they do it last raise? They did various webinars etc and always mentioned record receipts and then a week later, BOOOOM capital raise. This time there was no webinar, no mention of receipts, and we are now 2 weeks into them trying to raise capital. Its not hard to see things when ur not emotionally attached to something.
