Leaning this way too @Jameson17. Was invited to put into this capital raise and passed.
Interestingly, no one has followed up in over a month. If the company was desperately raising funds, you'd think they would be sending out follow up emails left right and center asking for cash.
The one thing that I'm not sure of is the who? Alex Waislitz came to the rescue of our original BOD's co-company, Dubber.
Thank God McGovern is long gone from here and that JB is at the helm trying to lift this wreck up.
JB is the first person at this company who actually seems genuinely fully focused on Linius as the others were too sidetracked with Dubber.
Linius always had a part-time feel about it until JB arrived.
Then there's JB work ethic which puts the old guard and the millions more in expenses they had at their disposal to shame!
Contrast the progress & budget of ex CEO Chris Richardson and consultant Gavin vs JB. It shows yelling at JB on here is misplaced.
It's not how long the raise takes that matters; it's who is putting in and on what terms.
If it's the same guys putting in as usual at 0.002, then we can expect more of the same pattern and it's clearly not working. Billions of new shares being issues to no market demand.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. This has been Linius raising money for the past 2 years.
Something needs to change and it seems from the outside that JB needs some assistance in penetrating the challenging North American personalized sports highlights market.
If our new investor is someone the market trusts, on the other hand, and a consolidation occurs it could be the start of the investors coming back and creating demand for the stock at long last.
Alex Waislitz is one option, but ironically he invested in WSC Sports instead of Linius (smart guy) so that could be an issue.
If it's someone of influence within the American industry, for example, our biggest client, IMG, or our new strategic partner, Magnifi, things could get interesting real quick.
