Suspension from Quotation
Description
The securities of Advance Metals Limited (‘AVM’) were suspended from quotation on 19 December 2024 under
Listing Rule 17.2, at the request of AVM, pending the release of an announcement regarding proposed
acquisitions.
AVM’s securities will now continue to be suspended from quotation under Listing Rule 17.3 until ASX is
satisfied with AVM’s compliance with the Listing Rules,in particular Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules (including the
JORC Code) and that it is otherwise appropriate for AVM’s securities to be reinstated to quotation.
