They will likely release both at the same time on the morning they recommence trading. They will prepare the quarterly on the basis of the financing being completed, and release it simultaneously with the announcement of the details of the funding etc. once ASX gives them the green light.

Would be quite difficult to release the quarterly whilst trying to stay silent on the aspects of the funding arrangement/announcement that ASX are reviewing.
