While I liked your post, it goes in the opposite direction of mine. I explain: mine can be excessively bleak, and I concede that, but yours can be too rosey.
I was intending to discuss some points of your post, but I don't have too much time at this moment.
However, I suggest that anyone should think who is really behind "Minerva". And why "Minerva" does not have money to pay for the shares. To me, "Minerva" is a decoy. But for who, and what, I won't say.
