A lot of people here are living in la la land right now. I believe most of them do not have the slightiest idea of what means for a company to be solvent in order to trade. I also do believe they don't know the implications of insider trading. Amongst other things. A TO from an entity with no money and whose "office" is in a "nice" place of town? Best wish, for sure. And everything happened suddenly between last Friday and Monday? Right... I could go on and on, but it's unuseful.
As I said, at least I am prepared for the worst. Most here are not.
And Rick, it came to my thought after an earlier post of yours... entering VA, in this particular case, may not be the worst outcome. Recapitalizing the company would be easy, and with another board at the helm, this could be much more valued than today. Thank you for all.
