This company failed so many times in basic compliance issues (submitting a quarterly report with a delay, just a small example) that I would not be so assertive answering that question.
But, as I said before, if Gino is the one behind this, things are sloppy, but eventually no much harm will be made. If Russell is the one... run for the hills. Oh, wait, we can't. We are suspended.
