'company going into administration' get a f...ing grip, they own an asset which is worth upwards of 100 mil at current stage of development, they could borrow the piddling amount to 'service the debt' (which probably doesn't even need servicing as per my last post because it's an unsecured redeemable note) off literally anyone.
