So the players run out onto the field for everyone to see when trading resumes...

Chifeng --- they own about 10% so they can buy on-market 10% more... They have bought on-market before, let's see if they buy everything on offer up to 53c for starters...

Chifeng --- previously bought at 40c when Gold was just $1,850 & the resource was only 1.1 million ounces...

So, with more cards on the table , a competitor just gobbled up 17.9% at 53, then Chifeng has no choice but to step up to the plate if they want this and with Gold $2,500 & resource know 2.8 million ounces, then i think they want this today more than they did on 22/12/2022 when thy paid 40c

I'm looking for Chifeng to buy every single share for sale on-market below 53c when trading resumes...even possibly up to 60c

Maybe they just end the charade and make a total bid very soon at 60c or above. ( i'll place my bet it finally ends up around 65-75c before the final takeover is successful )

Maybe we are about to be pleasantly surprised and Gino isn't a total idiot to insider trade at a price higher than what all shareholders eventually receive and his sale at 53c was just to facilitate all shareholders receiving more...

It is also possible Minerva is just an investment Company who knows there will be a higher price paid at the end of all this and they see a nice easy profit of buy at 53c sell at 65-75c being made before Xmas... ( Maybe they visited there local Hong Kong Chinese restaurant and overheard the CEO of Chifeng telling his hot Chinese waitress he's about to move to Slovakia and does she want to join him? )

+25% to +37% in just a few weeks or months whilst all the Aussie's prison colony prisoners are sleeping or too scared is easy money....

NOTE:

Gino only agreed to sell only 25% of his holding's at 53c, so why on earth would he allow Fiona Patterson to sell all her shares infront of him for 53c if he though 53c was as high as this party ends ????? If he though 53c was it, then he wouldn't have allowed her to sell so much more shares than him, it would have been 50/50 each !!

(hopefully it will all end soon so i never have to read another word of Stoodstill & he has stoodstill in the Que at his local vaccine clinic for another booster shot of poison because the world is a scary place out there looking through his eyes ! )

Who knows what back room trembler deals done between the various parties to come up with the % share sales. Chance it relates to maximizing retail shareholders return ….again powerball likely to give better odds.
