Going over the change of substantial notice again. If I understand correctly.
Natres sold 18,867,895 for $3,490,577 = 18.5 c / share. I believe this is Fiona Patterson’s shareholding sold at a low price.
Gino sold 5,400,000 for $2,970,000 = 55c / share Gino had 23,041,940 shares and thus sold 23% of their direct shareholding however.
Courchevel sold 11,000,000 for $10,701,434 = 97c / share
Who owns courcheval - ? Gino ( +\_ his wife ) or Fiona Patterson. Can someone help me with this question ?
If Courcheval is Fiona’s her overall average price is 47.5 c which is comparable to Gino’s price of 55.
If Courcheval is Gino’s / his wife’s then they secured a much better deal for their shares than Fiona did for hers!!! 83c average compared to 18.5 c ! Which seems hard to comprehend.
So many questions, so many peculiarities.
