    One can argue ( the company themselves have ) that they have underperformed this year with info released to date and thus the discount.

    News flow control and timelines missed on news for oppie conversion have the share price where it is requiring a discount on funds needed as a result of this error.

    $$$ saved for next year etc are mitigating circumstances that don't stop the guilty verdict.
