Checking in on here for the first time. I would be concerned too. I held this a few of years ago. As soon as I read about the unsecured loan they made (I think in 2012) and then read an auditors opinion questioning it as a going concern if the loan wasn't repaid, I sold out quick smart (at a not insignificant loss). It all just smells bad. At least you know the auditors are doing their job.
