ASX Announcement Update on the Acquisition of Portfolio of Mobile Casual Games from Animoca Brands
Further to the announcement dated 15 November 2017, the Board is pleased to announce that it has completed the signing of the definitive Sales and Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of the portfolio of mobile casual games from Animoca Brands Ltd (ASX:AB1). The transaction is expected to complete within the next 60 days, subject to the receipt of prior approval of the Company’s shareholders, ASX and other relevant authorities (if any).
A notice of general meeting seeking the necessary shareholder approvals for the transaction will be dispatched to shareholders shortly. The Company will also make further announcements to the market upon the completion of this transaction. The Company refers to its announcement of 22 December 2017 regarding the extension of its voluntary suspension from quotation on ASX. The Company confirms that discussions regarding a separate material acquisition are continuing, and this announcement is not intended to lift the suspension.
