Those holding need to smile and let the board get on with it. These takeovers need all i's dotted and t's crossed. Lawyers are usual suspects in failing in their duty and that's why there are some road bumps.
All good now, no real problem and the stock didn't have they opportunity to go down on Monday.
I think its a win win for shareholders.
Those wanting to buy are getting a growth story under 10 cents. Looks pretty good to me.
