Does that mean that the Establishment Date was 23 January or 24 ?
You're right, how could anyone invest enough money in this outfit to cover
all amounts due and then have working capital to boot. One possible
scenario I can see is to dilute existing shareholders to practically zero and start again but
even that is improbable.
