I would add that if CRO had waited until the non-binding term sheets were in fact completed and binding, and the material finance facilities activated, the ASX would, in all likelihood, have issued a Query Letter and possible suspension demanding to know when CRO became aware of the non-binding agreements and why they didn't notify the ASX accordingly.

Adrian was in a no-win situation. That said, he hasn't helped himself calling them first contracted revenues/first trade finance customers. Maybe he jumped the gun, expecting everything to be signed off and completed by the time the TH was lifted?

In the interim, presumably the associated excitement on SM will prove to be justified, with settlement in due course, hence the welcome strength of today's market reaction.
