Not really IMO. They have made a junior mistake in considering non-binding agreement material but the deals must be very close to being transferred into a binding agreement or contract imminently and also they must be two big deals that would make AF "overexcited" to make an announcement on it. I have read today's statement repeatedly, my gut feeling is that the "shareholders are cautioned that xxxxx" sentence actually is written for ASX ...The real message for shareholders is that "HOWEVER, in the event formal agreements are entered into,xxxxx"...It again is a clear hint that some formal agreements/contracts announcements are imminent.
