Invigo Pty Ltd has signed two non-binding, indicative term sheets to provide trade facilities to two
customers.
Given the nature of the non-binding term sheets and that the parties have yet to fulfil the necessary
conditions contemplated in order to execute formal binding agreements (including detailed due diligence
procedures by Invigo), the non-binding term sheets are not material to the Company. Shareholders are
cautioned that there is no guarantee a formal agreement will be entered into in respect to the non-binding
term sheets. However, in the event formal agreements are entered into, further details of these
agreements will be provided to the market in accordance with the Company's continuous disclosure
obligations.
