What i take from this is there are big deals in the making however they are not yet binding as some conditions need to be met.
Ive seen non binding announcements go through before with no problems however I think the asx takes precautions when it comes to this sector.
It's funny how AF says he wants to take it at a slow pace however he is quick to launch a nothing announcement like this one.
loses some credibility but in the long run we should still be fine
