Yup - I know I said I wouldn't respond to any more posts, but this one hits the nail on the head. When Simich joined the mob trying to take over WMT, the red flags were up. When you looked into how Blue Capital actually got to where they were, the red flags doubled in size. Then when Simich jumped ship after achieving the goal of simply lending his name to the scam, it all became so obvious.

Yet there were still - and still are no doubt - people who somehow thought this was all going to work out well for the company and the shareholders.

I wasn't the only one who was warning of the possibility of an asset-stripping scam and devolution of the company into an empty shell. But I'm probably the only one who has persevered in following the misfortunes here on HC posts.

Needless to say, I jumped ship when the board spill happened or thereabouts. But it truly saddens me, as WMT could have been a good company, then as Indago. But not to be.... and I sincerely feel for all those who voted for the change of board, and who may still be holding onto their shares thinking they're actually worth something.
