The negotiation with TEG seems really difficult now, and in my opinion, the CEO should step down. I will continue to highlight this because, ultimately, his foresight and capital management have been lacking. When a deal is signed—especially one that defines the company's business model—It must be executed within the required timeframes, without excuses—especially considering the significant sums of money they have raised. TEG holds the leverage, and every time PGY misses a deadline, they risk losing another piece of the company, shifting more advantage back to TEG.
